Obtained from the distillation at low temperatures of the fresh pomace of “Brunello grapes”, it reaches an alcohol content of about 43% vol.
A transparent and crystalline grappa with an enveloping aroma that anticipates the emotion of an intense and fine taste.
Also excellent at the end of a meal, served in small tulip-shaped glasses that enhance, on the nose, the pleasant aromas of fresh pomace.
