It is a wine of good structure, elegant and refined, and has a soft, silky tannic weft.

It’s good acidity allows for a long ageing period in the bottle.

• Grapes: 100% Sangiovese Grosso.
• Aging: Three years in big oak casks of “Rovere di Slavonia” and refinement for at least six months in bottles.
• Pairings: Pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses and succulent first courses.
• Serving temperature: 18 degrees, preferably opened for a least one hour before being served.
