DI BRUNELLO RISERVA
Obtained from distillation at low temperature, from the fresh marc of “Brunello grapes”, it reaches a gradation of roughly 43%. Aged in small oak barrels for a period of 18 months, it acquires the classic yellow straw colour. This grappa has a refined taste, soft and pleasant to the palate. It is excellent also at the end of the meal, served in small tulip-shaped glasses, which bring out, to the nose, the pleasant aromas of the fresh marc. Production 500 Bottles.
Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino is obtained from fresh, slightly pressed marc of Sangiovese grapes, the same used for Brunello di Montalcino. Steam distilled at a low temperature, it reaches an alcohol content of roughly 43%. This grappa has a warm, dry, persistent taste, The colour is clear and transparent, the aroma is penetrating. Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino is excellent at the end of meals, as a digestive. Serve it in tulip-shaped long-stem crystal goblets to best express its properties by releasing the aromas and perfumes found within.
